Maison Burèl was born from an interior design firm under the recognition of Lea. Both entities were in need of branding services, to create an image, brand standards, and key collateral for selling purposes (price tags, merchandise bags). The firm was ultimately branded as Lea, primary name of their owner and founder, but also recognized as her affiliate art and furniture store, Maison Burèl.

McKinstry is a construction, engineering and energy firm based in Seattle, WA. Through various initiatives, the company was in need of some new print and digital collateral, document templates and graphics to use for sales and marketing purposes.

As an initiative to customize sales and marketing holiday gifts for clients, McKinstry needed design services for both a printed holiday cookbook named Festive Foods, and a holiday card with custom engineering graphics.

santa clara university trial team

Santa Clara University Law School was seeking a new logo for their Trial Team group. With the intent to print these logos on merchandise to wear to competitions and advertise the club around campus, the Trial Team chose two custom logos inspired by their school’s mascot. The first logo is in the form of a seal for a more traditional feel, while the other is a dual-colored, modernized version.

flowers magazine

Flowers magazine is a relatively new floral arrangements magazine based in San Jose, CA. Looking to define and refine their image, they needed a new logo and cover style that was both sleek and classy, yet with a slight edge. Through some collaboration with the client, a new logo and cover concept was developed–traditional font with a few unexpected elements to differentiate the magazine on the shelf.

grant submission document

In pursuit of a grant for construction of a Utah school district microgrid, the client requested custom graphics and associated document layouts for the submission. Custom graphics were developed to emulate the intent for the grant, climate resiliency, along with templatized layouts for their final submittal document.

Gavin Blue Album Covers

In collaboration with artist Gavin Blue, two custom album covers for EP Stories of No Consequence and single Sweet Thing were developed. Album cover for Sweet Thing was originally painted in gouache, with text overlays done in Adobe InDesign. Album cover for Stories of No Consequence was created in Procreate and finalized for print in Adobe InDesign.
